To help you better understand how we work, the following is our order process. Please contact us if you have any query and we will be glad to assist you.
Enquiry / Consultation
After consultation with our consultant, client decides to place an order for the Memorial Diamond.
Order
Client provides us with the following to facilitate in the entire order process:
  1. Death certificate of deceased
  2. Cremation certificate of deceased
  3. Client's Identity Card
Scenario 1:
Ashes received directly from the crematoria
Scenario 2:
Ashes that are already stored in a columbaria
An order form is to be filled up which includes details of the deceased, weight in carat of diamond, shape and cut of diamond, laser engraving if required, etc. An order confirmation with a unique reference number will be issued, after a prepayment of at least 50% of the total sum.
Upon the completion of the order form and placing of the deposit, our consultant will arrange with the client/funeral director for the collection of the ashes at the crematoria. 500g of the ashes will be retrieved for the transformation of ashes to a diamond. For ashes that are currently stored at one of the columbarium in Singapore, Clients can engage our contractors to assist in retrieving the ashes from the niche. After the collection of the ashes, the Client hands the ashes to our consultants.
In the event that the ashes collected is insufficient, favourite belongings(i.e. clothing, books etc) of the dearly departed can be used to make up for the ashes amount.
Processing
Once the order is confirmed and the ashes are collected, Algordanza Singapore will send the ashes to the headquarters in Switzerland. A reputable and trustworthy forwarder will assist in the transportation of the ashes from Singapore to Switzerland. Upon receiving the ashes, Algordanza International located in Switzerland will inform Algordanza Singapore on the receipt of the ashes.

The transformation process will then begin.

The client will be constantly updated throughout the process of the transformation.
Receipt of Ashes
Each order will be recorded in our database, with indication of reference number, name of the deceased, weight (carat) of the diamond and requested cut as well as the receipt of the ashes. In this list, the production steps will be itemised and the estimated completion date will be carefully calculated.
Certificate with Chemical Analysis
Upon receipt of the values of the chemical analysis, Algordanza Switzerland will issue a certificate. This certificate serves to certify that the diamond has been synthesised solely out of the cremated ashes or hair remitted.
Handing over of the Memorial Diamond
The finished memorial diamond will be send back to Singapore. A representative from Algordanza Singapore will personally hand over the memorial diamond to the client in a noble wooden box.
Notice Receipt of the Memorial Diamond
The client will acknowledge receipt of the memorial diamond on delivery, and the remaining 50% of the lump sum price.
 
Delivery time is dependent on the size (carat) as well as on the cut of the diamond. The estimated time of delivery are as stated:

Note: These timings stated are only an approximation. The synthesis phase, which is the last phase of the process, is a variable in the entire process.
